Well, our Florida trip was mass fun! We pretty much saw all of Disneyworld. We went to all four parks and saw the cool fireworks at night, saw some shows(stunt shows, 3D shows and musicals), and went on a lot of rides. It's funny we went on the Tower of Tower four times. Scary ride but fun! You drop 13 stories and you don't know when you're going to drop. It takes you up and down and you don't know the sequence you will go since it changes each time you ride. The other ride we went on the most was Aerosmith's rockin roller coaster. It has a mass fast start...if I remember u go 0-60mph in a few seconds. It was fun! Also, the classic Thunder Mountain was a good one.
Universal's Island of Adventure was okay....we didn't get to go on a lot of the rides cuz it rained...sucked! But the rides we went on like the Hulk roller coaster was fun and scary as well as the Dueling Dragons one. We actually ended up watching Batman Returns, which was pretty good, in the City Walk area close to Universal. They had an awesome deal for dinner and a movie, it was only $20, which included tip and drink at a bunch of good restaurants. We went to an Italian restaurant, which was pretty good. I got the chicken parmigan...yum!
We also went to Wet'n'Wild. It was fun to get in the pools and relax in the sun. We went on a couple of slides, but stuck mostly to the wave pool and lazy river. I got too much sun and now I'm peeling. I got tan and people noticed at work =). One of our FSE's just told me today that he thinks I get darker each time he sees me...lol...i think it's the yellow lights that make me look darker. But I did get some sun running the other day. I'm trying to run more since I ran with Sharon, Kajon and Amabelle this past weekend when they came up.
Oh, for our first Anniversary Nathan was so sweet and got me flowers. It was delivered to my Mom's place since we came back there after our trip. It was kind of funny, during our trip Sharon gave it away saying, "How'd you like the surprise when you came back?"...she said something like that and I was like what surprise...haha. So when we came to Mom's place, I was washing dishes and this guy comes and knocks on the back door, I guess cuz no one head the front door and he had the nice yellow flowers which were in a Lenox vase. Nathan's so sweet! I luv him sooo much =).
Well it sucks to be back to work. I even took last Friday off since my parents were coming and I didn't want to go to work. It was nice to have them all come. They don't come down very often. Anyhow, just about one more work night to go until the weekend. As long as work goes by fast and everything is up with no tool errors, it's all good.
