I think it was close to 90 degrees or higher the last couple of days...pretty hot! Not much has been going on. Work sucks as usual. It's going to suck even more when we lose our green badges and Fab 11x seed the next couple of months. It's been a busy night. Can't wait until tonight since, it's our last night and I get to skew one hour.
So, I worked out once this week and ran for two miles. I need to start working out more. Sucks that Nathan doesn't want to do anything active with me :( . We need to keep fit, especially if we want to go hiking or something this summer :). Sharon wants me to do the Seattle half marathon but I don't think that's going to happen. Its hard enough now for me to get the motivation to work out. Oh wells.
So...thinking about putting sod in our back yard. I need to weed the backyard too if we want to put the sod. We also need to put our part of the fence up. Hopefully we do it sometime soon. I doubt it though. It seems all Nathan and I do is play on the computer. We really should stop playing so much!

Long week...
It's been a long week and it's not over yet. Went in for overtime on Tuesday and had some more lvl 3 training and got my lvl 3 certification. I am now lvl 3 equipment certified. Yay! But not really, now I have more responsibility. Whenever it's my week and there's an equipment issue they have to page me too and not just the FSE's (field service engineers/vendor). Don't really like doing maintenance, especially having to be around such dangerous chemicals like HF, Sulfuric, Trimix, etc....oh wells. I need to find a new job! I'm not sure what I want to do though. Hopefully, tonight our last night of the week is an easy night.
Lets see what else....last weekend went up to Seattle for Mother's Day. We came late on Saturday and got some sleep before the drive up. Met up with Jovanna that night. It was nice to see her again. She was on break from school in Montana. We went and got bubble tea, actually Nathan and I got bubble tea and then we headed off to the Red Door in Fremont. The Red Door seems to be a nice place to gather and drink. But since Nathan doesn't drink and I don't feel the need to drink anymore either, it wasn't that great. Sharon and Jovanna did have some beer though. I'm sure Sharon was kind of disappointed, cuz Nathan and I were boring that night. Oh wells.
On Sunday, it was Mother's Day and Kabon and Jane made a great breakfast for everyone. Everything was good! There was cheese strata, hash browns, sausage, bacon, and fruit. I think I'm going to make the cheese strata. It was yummy and I had never had it before! Here's a link to the recipe: http://www.marthastewart.com/page.jhtml?type=content&id=recipe4938&contentGroup=MSL&site=living . Then we ended up going to the Seattle Premium outlets. There's a bunch of nice stores and I ended up getting two Coach wallets. I gave one to my mom for Mother's Day. After that, went back to Mom's place and hung out.
Didn't do anything else really that weekend.

Time for the weekend...
Work is almost finished and it's almost time for the weekend! Yay! I get to skew my shift too. It's been kind of busy at work today since I'm the lvl3 for the week. Work sucks! I wanna win powerball or something so I don't have to work...hehe. My lvl 3 cert is scheduled to be on May 9th or 10th. Hope it goes well.
So last week we went up to Seattle and celebrated Mom's B'day. We went to a restaurant called Super China Buffet. It was okay...not that great, but they did have a very wide selection of food. Auntie Cel and Auntie Teody and their families all came, which was nice. We did some shopping and got bubble tea. We also met up with Lora and Jondell and went bowling. It was nice to see them again. On Sunday, didn't do much...got a haircut and went to Mom's place. Oh yeah...played Scrabble with Mom and Dad and KaJon and Amabelle. Nathan and I won! That was fun....we actually got Scrabble with the word "singers".
So Kajon and Amabelle's wedding is set to be on August 27th, and I'm going to be a bridesmaid. It should be a nice day! I'm happy for them. I think they are going to use Sacred Heart, the same church Nathan and I were married in. It's going to be kind of weird to go back there but nice to see things on the other side. They are also going to use the same photographers we used, Unmomento Photography, which is cool because they did a great job with the pictures and albums for a great price too.
On Monday, we went to the Resort at the Mountain to redeem the gift certificate I got from my Co-workers since it was about to expire. The place was nice, there was a golf course there and our room had a fireplace. We went to the Tartans restaurant there, which was okay. We walked around a little bit too. We should have used the certificate in the Summer though when we could have hiked or something. We had a good time though.
Anyways....need to clean the house and maybe weed.
