Birthday cake

I made a simple birthday cake for Trevor, carrot cake, courtesy of Betty Crocker…lol. Don’t mind the lettering on the cake…I had made the cake earlier and was covering it and I smeared the lettering. Oh wells, the lettering looked better before. But anyways, here are some pics of Trevor getting his first birthday cake:         

Happy 1st Birthday Trevor!

  I still can't believe Trevor's one years old already. It went by pretty fast. Today we brought Trevor to Pigtails and Crewcuts, a kids salon, where he got his first haircut. It's a cute and fun place where the kids get to sit in chairs that are vehicles. Trevor sat in an airplane. There are also TV screens where they can watch shows. Madagascar was playing on the TVs.  Here are some pics: Trevor’s first haircut =).

Edmonds

On Sunday we went to an art gallery in Edmonds, WA, called Semantics Gallery. KaJon’s friend had some art there so we came along to look around. It was a nice art gallery with pretty cool works of art. There were a few colored pencil pieces that amazed me because it didn’t look like it was done in colored pencil. After that we walked down to the waterfront to where the Edmond’s ferries come and go. Here are some pics:

Weekend in Seattle

We went up to Seattle for Sharon’s baby shower on Saturday. It was a nice event. I can’t wait until Sharon’s baby, Payton, arrives. Here are a few pics:  

Happy Easter

Trevor didn't go egg hunting this year....next year he'll do it. But here's another video of Trevor walking with his toy cart. It's longer =). He just started using the cart as a walker recently. He was sick a couple of weeks ago and didn't play as much. It was hard since he was vomiting and had diarrhea. He's all good now. It's nice to see him moving around a lot more!

Pump it Up Jr.

Pump it Up Jr. is a pretty cool place! We went during the toddler only pop in play time and it was free for me and Trevor. I guess it's free for babies under one. I went with a group I met online, called Beautiful Blends of PDX. Everyone was nice! Here are some pics:

Rood Bridge Park

We went to Rood Bridge Park in Hillsboro today while the weather's still nice. It's a nice park with a big playground, tennis courts, and walking trails. Here are some pics taken at the park:

Went for a walk

We went for a walk today, since it was a nice day out. We walked to McDonald's and got our free Monday Redbox dvd rental....we rented Slumdog Millionare. Then we walked to Costco and back home. Here are a few pics:
